is now available.
This update can be installed manually by downloading it from this site, or you will have the option for Games For Windows - LIVE to install the update for you after signing in to LIVE.

Added Commandline "-notimefix" which will help some users who are experiencing the fast/slow gameplay issue after patch 1 was applied.(部分玩家在更新補丁1後經歷到的游戲變速問題可以通過commandline內添加"-notimefix"參數修正)
Fixed a bug that caused some users to experience endless looping audio effects after Patch 1 was applied.(部分玩家更新補丁1後遭遇到的音頻不斷循環問題得到修正)
Benchmark was disabling sounds after Patch 1 was applied, this is now fixed.(補丁1安裝後在Benchmark測試中導致的無聲得到修正)
CRASH FIXES(崩潰修正):
Unable to load game fixed - For some users, a DOS window would open and close immediately upon Game Launch, GTA IV would never launch.(無法進入游戲修正 - 部分玩家雙擊游戲圖標後出現DOS窗口一閃即逝而無法進入的問題修正)
Hang on Initial Game Loading Screen fixed - Some users experienced Character Art Loading screens in an endless loop.(停留在Loading窗口的問題修正 - 部分玩家經歷的視窗不斷顯示人物畫面却無法進入游戲)
Certain causes of the RESC10 error have been fixed (Alt-Tab, change resolution). If you experience an RESC10 error, you must restart.(如Alt+Tab切換或更改分辨率所導致的部分RESC10錯誤得到修正,如果你遭遇到此錯誤,你還得重進游戲)
Certain Instances of the "GRAND THEFT AUTO IV has encountered a problem and needs to close" error have been fixed.(部分顯示"GTA4遇到問題需要關閉"的錯誤得到修正)
VIDEO EDITOR(視頻編輯器):
Naming clips is now mandatory on Export(輸出視頻時玩家必須進行命名)
MULTIPLAYER(多人游戲):
Legitimate players being kicked from Multiplayer matches has been fixed.(正版玩家在多人游戲中被踢得到修正)
GENERAL ADDITIONS / FIXES(普通修正):
Wireless 360 controllers not functioning - Triggers were full on/off, fixed.(無綫360手柄功能失效 - 扳機鍵無法微控,修正)
In the Options menu accessed from the Title Screen a “Game” section has been added with the ability to turn Clip capture on/off.(游戲菜單中增加"游戲"選項,其包含視頻捕捉的開啓/關閉開關)
